Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you purchase Pro Monthly or Founders Lifetime as a consumer, you may withdraw from your initial purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding the contract (the initial purchase date). Send your withdrawal statement before that period expires.

Full refund, even after use

Docentis voluntarily offers a full refund when a consumer validly exercises withdrawal within 14 days of the initial purchase, including when the service has already been used. No amount is deducted for that use.

Renewals and other rights

A Pro Monthly renewal does not automatically start a new 14-day withdrawal period. Cancelling future subscription renewals is different from exercising withdrawal from the initial purchase. Nothing on this page limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights, including any applicable extensions of the withdrawal period.

How to exercise withdrawal

Send your completed declaration, or another unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw, to forgentstudio@gmail.com before the deadline. Identify the account, purchased plan and purchase date so we can locate the purchase. Keep a copy of your email. Requests are reviewed; this page does not issue an automatic refund.

Using this model form is optional. Any other unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw may be used.
